What this notice covers

The websites otos.digital, cgl.otos.network, crs.otos.network, act.otos.network and cccph.otos.network.

What these sites collect from you

Nothing, with one exception. There are no forms, no accounts, no sign-ups and no newsletters. Each of these sites counts its visits with Vercel Web Analytics: when a visit happened, which page was viewed, which country it came from, what kind of device and browser was used, and which site linked to it. It does not tell us who you are. There is no other analytics or tracking.

Cookies

The analytics uses no third-party cookies. Vercel recognises a visit by a code made from the request itself and discards it after 24 hours. Nothing else is set.

What happens technically when you visit

Our domains are registered with Hostinger and their DNS is managed by Cloudflare. The sites themselves are hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request information, including your IP address, in order to serve the page and to protect the service. Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.

If you email us

We keep your message, your email address and anything you choose to tell us, so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We use Google Workspace for email and OnePageCRM to keep a record of contacts. We keep this correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries and in keeping a record of our business relationships. We do not sell anything to anyone and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship it relates to is live and then for our own records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@otos.digital. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
